HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CONNECT TO MY CHANNELS
Connect to a channel and list your products in less than 10 minutes. Order syncing connects immediately to each marketplace channel, and is a pre-configured feature. Configuring custom settings, customizing your field mappings, and going beyond the pre-configured product listing settings can take up to a day or two per channel.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY TRIAL ENDS?
After your 14 day trial, your account will become active. If you would like to cancel before your trial, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for quick and courteous assistance.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
After your 14 day trial, your first months fees are processed. At the end of each month, your commissions on marketplace channel orders will be calculated and billed to your payment on file.
HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?
Plans are calculated by amount of products found in the source feed we are managing by default. To upgrade your account and gain access to new features and channels, access any premium features, and follow the prompts to upgrade your plan. HOW WILL I BE BILLED?
If Shopping Feed is connected to a Shopify storefront, your payments will be processed through Shopify Billing, our secure payment partner. If you are connected to Magento, Prestashop, ot any other storefront, payments will be processed through our partners at Stripe. All payments are secure, and your billing information is collected and managed by our partners. You will be notified in advance of all payments.
